“Olinda Yarra Estate is absolutely stunning and was the perfect place to host our wedding! Olinda Yarra was the first wedding venue we had checked out, and we instantly knew it was where we were going to get married. We fell in love with its charm and stunning grounds – from the beautiful big marquee and barn, to the magnificent scenery and homestead. All the little touches too – festoon/ fairy lights, vintage couches, florals and chandeliers, cubby bar, plus cute animals roaming around. We loved that the venue had everything we needed, but we were also able to fully customise our wedding (food trucks are amazing here).

Shelley, the owner, is probably the nicest person you will ever meet, and she made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Shelley is extremely helpful and keen to give anything a go, so when we told her what we wanted our wedding to look like, she said “Yep, let’s do it!” and made sure our day was perfect. We will definitely be visiting again to stay in the gorgeous cottage, and hopefully host another event here in the future. Highly recommend booking a venue tour so you can fall in love with it too!”

“Olinda Yarra Estate was the most perfect venue to have our special day! Shelly was incredible in seeing my dream and helping to make it come true, especially when I requested that I wanted my horse part of the wedding, and boy did we pull that off!

We were always greeted with kindness and enthusiasm, and no idea we had was ever shot down. I can’t have imagined having our wedding to be hosted anywhere else and both of us would 100% do our wedding over again just to be in awe of this gorgeous venue!

“My wife and I couldn’t say enough good things about Shelley, Vanessa and the entire team at Olinda Yarra. From the very first tour to our (rescheduled) wedding they were incredible. Nothing was too hard or difficult for Shelley and the team – with tricky covid restrictions they made everything seem doable, were fantastic with their communication and genuinely cared about us and our wedding.

The venue itself is just stunning. The owners have actually spent a lot of money on little things like faux flowers, extending an already-impressive marquee and the ceremony space – all so their customers can save on not having to decorate.

Our photos looked stunning – all of our guests raved about how beautiful and fun the venue was and Shelley couldn’t have been more helpful when it came to getting access in the days leading in and after, as well as access to the beautiful cottage to provide a quiet space for our baby-guests.

We just can’t recommend this venue highly enough for a wedding, or any function that’s really important to you. Hope we get to go back one day!”
