Confirmation of your booking
To secure your event booking please provide a 50% deposit with confirmation of your booking upon receipt of these monies. Final Payment plus the $1,000 security bond is to be made 4 weeks prior to your event date. Final guest numbers are also required at this time.
Note – The bond is to be used towards any loss or damage to the property during your event caused by your guests or service staff. It is fully refundable afterwards pending no loss or damage. If additional costs or fees are incurred in excess of the bond amount, you will be notified and expected to finalise these as well.
If you would like to alter your date please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request if the date is available. Otherwise the deposit is non refundable.
Please be mindful at all times and do not leave any items behind as Olinda Yarra Estate will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items from your event.
